Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:
- Booking cancelled by the customer within the allowed cancellation window
- Booking cancelled by Prestovia Cabs due to vehicle unavailability or operational issues
- Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
- Failed transaction where payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation after the driver has been assigned and dispatched
- No-show by the customer at pickup time
- Partial usage of the service
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force-majeure events
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
Mode of Refund
- Refunds are processed through the same payment mode used at the time of booking
- Cash refunds are not provided
