Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:

  • Booking cancelled by the customer within the allowed cancellation window
  • Booking cancelled by Prestovia Cabs due to vehicle unavailability or operational issues
  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
  • Failed transaction where payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after the driver has been assigned and dispatched
  • No-show by the customer at pickup time
  • Partial usage of the service
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force-majeure events

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment mode used at the time of booking
  • Cash refunds are not provided
