Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Cancellations made before driver assignment may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Cancellations made after driver assignment may attract cancellation charges
- Cancellation charges depend on distance, time, and service type
Operator-Initiated Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled by Prestovia Cabs due to operational reasons, a full refund will be processed.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the waiting time:
- The booking may be treated as a no-show
- No refund will be applicable
