Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations made before driver assignment may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Cancellations made after driver assignment may attract cancellation charges
  • Cancellation charges depend on distance, time, and service type

Operator-Initiated Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled by Prestovia Cabs due to operational reasons, a full refund will be processed.

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within the waiting time:

  • The booking may be treated as a no-show
  • No refund will be applicable

  • Using cancellation options provided during booking (if available)
